The terrific service and the attention to detail! I had wonderful suite with the windows shut, great air con, as example. The staff was supper friendly and catered to my every need. The location was good and amazing - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go.

The place is beautiful and fairly clean, everything is wonderful, it should have higher than 3 star rating. The location is cosy and super, 1 km from a wide canal. The traditional restaurant serves savoury food.

The hotel's location was perfect and stunning, next to transport to-and-from the airport, restaurants and most locations around Venice including vaporetto stations. We were met by very very helpful, expert personnel.

A really quiet area, great and fab location just next door to the tourist hotspots, the real Venice and a beautiful canal surrounded by incredible restaurants.
